- 1 bed - counts as 1 unit
- 2 bed - counts as 2 units
- 3 bed - counts as 2 or more units
- 4 bed - counts as 2 or more units

4. Need email of community (not community manager) - this is usually a general inbox
5. Shoots cannot be scheduled within 48 hours of contract signing
Typical scheduling time frame is two weeks
